Brunswick IT is seeking a PLM system administrator with strong Teamcenter experience in administrating Brunswick's Teamcenter platforms across Mercury Marine, Navico & Brunswick Boat Group divisions.
Main Responsibilities
Server sizing, Installing, patching, upgrading and administrating PLM platforms.
Deployment of Teamcenter, Solidworks, Capital, Polarian and other PLM application releases across system landscape.
Implementation of PLM/CAD interoperability strategies
Installation and maintenance of Siemens Teamcenter enterprise server, web server & active workspace components with TC Deployment Center
PLM integration with SSO, SAML & other security protocols.
Troubleshoot Teamcenter and other PLM application technical issues at various levels such as installation, deployment, and configuration.
Configure Teamcenter BMIDE, Workflows, AM rule tree, Dispatcher configuration, AWC indexing, ERP Interfaces, and other modules of Teamcenter.
Assist in various migration efforts from various legacy systems into target PLM solutions.
Perform data modeling and data mapping process in assistance with business analysts & Solution Architects
Establish CI/CD deployment strategies & build automated deployment capabilities.
Collaborate with the extended IT organization in deploying PLM performance monitoring solutions (ex: New Relic, Nagios)
Required Experience & Skills
7+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens PLM Solutions. Experience in other PLM platforms such as Solidworks, Capital, Polarian, and others a plus.
Experience in installing, configuring Teamcenter with Active workspace components.
Deep knowledge with Teamcenter BMIDE for data model configurations & deployments.
Knowledge and expertise in administrating & maintaining Teamcenter FMS, store & forward volume cache configurations.
Knowledge of Teamcenter administrative modules such as Access manager, workflow, dispatcher indexing, TC deployment center.
PLM infrastructure architect experience in providing server sizing guidelines.
Extensive knowledge of CAD integration frameworks and exposure to all major CAD integrations like NX, SWIM & IPEM.
Experience with Azure infrastructure components will be a plus.
Exposure to active workspace configuration and customization will be a plus.
Knowledge of Oracle database to identify areas for improvement, stored procedures, triggers, and indexing will be a plus.
Excellent written & verbal communication with the ability to document issues and resolution, training material, FAQs etc.
