Senior Manager, Digital Analytics

As the Senior Manager of Digital Analytics, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the analytics strategy for our digital initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize campaign performance, and provide insights that contribute to the overall success of our digital marketing and digital product efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital analytics, a deep understanding of various digital channels, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing analytics strategy aligned with overall business goals.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, marketing goals, and KPIs.

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and methodologies to analyze large datasets from various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).

  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators, campaign effectiveness, and overall digital marketing ROI.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization and improvement.

  • Work closely with digital marketing teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure proper implementation and integration of analytics tools.

  • Establish and monitor key metrics to evaluate the success of digital marketing campaigns and digital product launches.

  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and user experience.

  • Assist in budget allocation by providing data-driven insights on the performance of different marketing channels.

  • Optimize spending based on the analysis of ROI and other relevant metrics.

  • Lead a team of digital marketing analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the analytics team.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing analytics.

  • Evaluate and recommend new tools or methodologies to enhance the analytics capabilities of the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Analytics (minimum 5 years as a manager), with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and CRMs (Salesforce a plus).

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their respective metrics.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.

  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques (Power BI a plus).

  • Certifications in relevant analytics and digital marketing platforms are a plus.
