Advanced Systems Group (ASG) is a newly formed stand-alone division of Brunswick, the world’s largest recreational marine business. We are seeking a Customer Support/Experience Representative to join our RELiON team in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Do you have a desire to work in a fast-paced business and rapidly expanding Lithium-Ion Battery Industry? We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support/Experience Representatives to enhance our Customer Experiences through various touchpoints.

A favorable candidate will be someone whose actions result in excellent customer management and a positive brand image. Team players who are comfortable in customer facing positions are preferred. The role will support our mission to make the Customer Experience into a Competitive Advantage at RELiON.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on orders and outstanding issues as necessary across all customer channels

  • Process daily shipping paperwork

  • Prepare shipping quotes

  • Update shipping status and tracking information as necessary

  • Process warranty returns, update warranty database as required

  • Answer company telephone as necessary

  • Update CRM/Call log with call-in inquiries as required

  • Provide email correspondence and phone support to callers as required

  • Enter Ecommerce/online, distribution and dealer customer information and orders

  • Assist in Ecommerce sales functions as requested

  • Assist in OEM and Strategic account activity as necessary

  • Follow up on orders and outstanding issues as necessary across all customer channels

  • Assist in warehouse activities as needed

  • Special projects as requested

  • Attend company meetings as required

  • Support ReLion’s “Customer Experience as a Competitive Advantage” initiative

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Customer Support and/or Customer Experience job activity or similar role

  • College coursework or degree – preferred but not required

  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems a plus

  • Previous experience in the Battery Industry (lead acid, lithium) preferred

  • Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills

  • Team player mentality

  • Customer-centered approach
