The Sr. SFDC ( CRM Manager is responsible for leading and managing the strategic direction, governance, and change management for adoption of the ecosystem globally across Life Fitness business units. This role will be directly managing a team of two, Manager of Sales Effectiveness and Sales Business Analyst. Communication, leadership and team management skills are also essential for this position for team success and cross-functional efficiencies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build an overall business strategy for how Life Fitness will utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud along with other SF-integrated tools to achieve overall business goals

  • Ensure consistent sales reporting processes across the entire global sales force

  • Lead a team, both directly and cross-functionally, of sales force business unit leaders, IT administrators, marketing & service professionals that implement new tools, processes, and communities to drive sales efficiencies

  • Ensure data integrity of all sales force orgs and adjacent communities

  • Work cross-functionally to leverage across the entire business

  • Manage the transition to Salesforce Lightning

  • Implement a value-driven approach to all development, and prove incremental return on investment to the business

  • Oversee the entire ecosystem budget and project roadmap

  • Serve as a key member of the Executive Steering Committee

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5-8 years’ experience managing and/or developing SFDC

  • 3-5 years of management experience leading a team

  • Experience with or direct oversight of systems and software that integrate into the salesforce platform on a global scale

  • Ability to prioritize (and re-prioritize) as business needs change

  • Strong communication, team management and leadership skills

  • Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation and written communication skills

  • Ability to work well with people including project stakeholders and project team members

  • Proactive desire to continue to broaden and deepen business and consulting skills
