Brunswick Seasonal Part-Time Solutions Coordinator/ Administrative Support Role in Watkinsville, Georgia

We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Marine Quality Solutions (MQS) team as a Part-Time Solutions Coordinator for the summer season. Our MQS department functions as a support team for our marinas and dealerships located across Georgia and South Carolina. The MQS department executes the administrative tasks associated with the dealerships’ sales process along with boat rental bookings and boat storage agreements for our marinas. The PT Solutions Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with a variety of day-to-day clerical tasks relating to boat sales, boat rentals, and boat storage from our Watkinsville, GA office.

Incoming phone calls are also filtered through our MQS department. As the PT Solutions Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering customer questions and directing calls to the appropriate party or department; therefore, the ideal candidate must have excellent verbal skills and be passionate towards providing a ‘Raving Fan’ customer experience. Marine industry knowledge or experience not required but a plus! On-the-job training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Answer, direct, and route phone all incoming phone calls and e-mails, and take messages as needed.

  • Provide a high level of customer service with a friendly attitude.

  • Provide organized and detailed notes/messages.

  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual storage billing and collections.

  • Assist customers with their rental and storage agreements.

  • Handle and direct boat launch reservations and communicate requests to onsite marina staff.

  • Cashier rental and storage customer payments.

  • Aid in data entry and maintenance of inventory in our dealership management system.

  • Anything else needed or asked upon.

What Does A Qualified Candidate Look Like:

  • High School Diploma

  • 1 year experience in a similar or customer service-related role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette

  • Must have excellent organizational skills.

  • Outstanding communication and people skills

  • Must be able to multitask, think strategically, and work cohesively with both onsite and remote teams.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Available to work weekends and major summer holidays.
